Important information about the reservation (Extracts of the general conditions of sale)

1. Online booking process

Bookings made by the customer are made via the dematerialized booking form available online on our booking platform. The reservation is deemed formed upon receipt of the booking form. The customer undertakes, prior to any reservation, to complete the information requested on the voucher or reservation request. The customer certifies the veracity and accuracy of the information transmitted. After the final selection of the services to be booked, the online booking procedure includes:
the encrypted entry of the bank card for the payment of the deposit and the balance
the consultation and the acceptance of the present general conditions of sale and the conditions of sale of the reserved tariff
validation of the reservation by the customer.

2. Payment
Any reservation can be guaranteed only by the partial or total payment of the stay, and / or a guarantee of payment allowing the application of the general conditions of sale.

Deposit
A deposit of 30% is required upon booking to guarantee the provision of housing to the customer. 
For reservations made less than 8 days prior to arrival, a full payment will be requested.

Balance
Unless otherwise indicated according to the rate booked, the balance of the amount of the stay is payable the day after your arrival.
At your request, we can also prepay several times or by monthly payment.

Payment by credit card
When making your reservation, a payment guarantee is requested by the encrypted entry of your credit card details in the online reservation form. Unless otherwise specified according to the rate booked, the credit card is used at the time of validation of the reservation by the Customer for the payment of the deposit, and at the arrival of the Customer for the payment of the balance. In case of cancellation, the credit card given as a guarantee will be used to apply the cancellation conditions stipulated in your reservation, and make any refunds or withdrawals.
It is specified that the bank card used must be valid at the time of consumption of the service. The Client must come to the establishment with the credit card that has allowed him to guarantee the reservation.

To make your payment by other means than the credit card, a reservation request must be made in advance. 3. Cancellation
It is recalled, in accordance with Article L. 121-21-8 12 ° of the Consumer Code, that you do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 121-21 of the Consumer Code.
The booking confirmation stipulates the conditions applicable in case of cancellation. These may include variable fees depending on the date of the cancellation request and the reserved rate. The deposit paid upon booking may be subject to a full refund, partial or no, in accordance with the cancellation conditions applying to the reserved rate mentioned in the confirmation. Cancellation fees higher than the deposit may apply.
The amount of a non-cancellable booking is due in full in case of cancellation.
When the conditions of sale of the booked rate allow, the request for cancellation of the reservation can be made directly to the establishment, by post or email, the date of the shipment being taken as proof.


Terms of Sales

1. Object
These terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the direct and remote reservation of services offered by our establishment called "JADEN KREYOL", the details of which are specified in the booking confirmation document. They govern all the steps necessary for the reservation and the follow-up of the reservation between the contracting parties. The customer acknowledges having read and accepted the present general conditions of sale and the conditions of sale of the reserved rate indicated in the booking confirmation document. Bookings made through intermediary distributors (HomeAway, Trip Advisor, Air B & B ...) may be subject to different sales and pricing conditions, indicated by said distributors on their booking platform.
2. Reservation
Choice of services
The customer chooses the services presented on our booking platform. He acknowledges having read the nature, destination and booking conditions of the services available on our booking platform and has requested and obtained necessary and / or additional information to make his reservation in full knowledge of the facts. The customer is solely responsible for his choice of services and their suitability for his needs, so that our responsibility can not be sought in this regard. The reservation is deemed accepted by the customer at the end of the booking process.

After the final choice of services to book, the online booking process includes the encrypted capture of the credit card for payment, consultation and acceptance of these general conditions of sale and the conditions of sale of the tariff booked before the validation of the reservation and, finally, validation of the reservation by the customer.

Acknowledgment of receipt of reservation
Our booking platform acknowledges the customer's reservation by sending an e-mail without delay. Price
The prices related to the reservation of the services are indicated before and during the reservation. The prices are confirmed to the customer in amount TTC, in Euros, and are valid only for the duration indicated on the platform of reservation. If the payment at the establishment is made in a currency other than that confirmed on the reservation, the exchange costs are the responsibility of the customer. All bookings, whatever their origin, are payable in Euros, except special provisions indicated on the spot. Unless otherwise stated on the booking platform, additional services are not included in the price. Taxes (local taxes, tourist taxes, etc.), if any, presented on the rates page, must be paid directly to the establishment.

All reservations are nominative and can not be transferred to a third party, either for free or for a fee, without the agreement of the establishment.
You can take out cancellation insurance with an insurer of your choice, or check with your bank the conditions of any travel insurance included with your credit card.
In case of force majeure defined by the law (death, accident or illness requiring hospitalization of the tenant, natural disaster at the place of destination ...), the parties will be able to play the possible insurance contracted to allow the total or partial repayment of sums lost. See also section "Force Majeure".
5. Regulatory Obligations - Responsibilities - Litigation
Caution, inventory
No deposit is required to the tenant at the entrance to the premises. We consider homestay accommodation to be based on a relationship of mutual trust.
It is agreed that an inventory of fixtures (furniture, equipment, linen ...) can be done at the beginning and end of the stay. Otherwise, the parties agree to behave "as a good father" and report any malfunction or degradation of housing and equipment before, during and at the end of the stay. If applicable, any loss or damage of a value greater than € 50 will first result in an amicable agreement (repair, replacement by the tenant if possible ...). Without agreement, JADEN KREYOL reserves the right to claim compensation for damages.
Capacity - Visitors
The rental is valid for the number of people stipulated in the reservation and sleeping on the spot. Tenants may freely receive other persons during their stay, provided that they do not sleep on the spot. In this case, an extra charge of € 15.00 per additional person per night will be charged in proportion to the nights spent. The owner then provides the linen. If the number of occupants exceeds the maximum sleeping capacity, the owner reserves the right to refuse the night to additional persons.
insurance
The owner has taken out insurance with the company MAAF for all damages that may be suffered by the tenant during his stay in the rented premises (contract No. 97149858 M 001 MVP).
The tenant is required to take out a holiday insurance policy with his insurer before his departure (extension of the multi-risk home) to cover the damage it could cause during his stay in the rented accommodation. In the absence of resort insurance, a claim or an act of vandalism caused by the customer will result in the full refund of the amount of damage by the customer.
Regulations and rules of conduct related to the accommodation of persons
In application of the regulations in force in France, the customer may be asked, upon arrival, to fill out a contention. To do this, the customer will be asked to present an identification to verify whether or not it must complete the police form.
Any behavior contrary to morality and public order will cause the establishment to ask the client to leave the establishment without any compensation and / or no refund. The client accepts and agrees to respect the rules of the establishment if it has been given to him or if it is displayed in a visible way in the establishment. In case of non-compliance by the client with one of the provisions of the Internal Regulations, the establishment will be obliged to invite the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and / or no refund.
Responsibility
The photographs presented on our booking platform are not contractual. Although every effort is made to ensure that the photographs, graphic representations and texts reproduced to illustrate the establishments presented give as accurate an overview as possible of the services offered, variations may occur between the time of the reservation and the day of the reservation. consumption of the service. Complaints

Respect for privacy
The client is informed, on each of the forms of collection of personal data, the mandatory or optional nature of the responses by the presence of an asterisk. The customer authorizes elloha.com to communicate his personal data to third parties provided that such communication is compatible with the realization of the operations incumbent on elloha.com under these terms and conditions and in connection with the customer protection charter personal data. Evidence Agreement
The entry of the required banking information, as well as the acceptance of these general conditions and the voucher or the reservation request, constitute an electronic signature which has, between the parties, the same value as a handwritten signature. The computerized registers kept in the computer systems of elloha.com. will be kept in reasonable conditions of safety and considered as proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties. The customer is informed that his IP address is registered at the time of booking.
Force majeure
Force majeure means any event external to the parties that is both unpredictable and insurmountable and that prevents either the customer or the institution from fulfilling all or part of the obligations set out in the contract. Entirety
